Our goal is to assist licensed health professionals with health education information related to functional and integrative medicine.  The information provided through the one-on-one mentoring service (aka. Functional Medicine Clinical Rounds) with either Tracy Tranchitella, N.D. or Kurt N. Woeller, D.O. (aka. The Doctors) is for health education purposes only. The information they provide is based solely on their personal experience and knowledge at the time of each consultation. Health and medical information changes frequently and it is up to you as an independent practitioner/health care professional using this service to ultimately do their own research for potential updated information. The Doctors do not guarantee absolutely accuracy of information provided or specific outcomes from their information. 

As a licensed health practitioner or healthcare professional, you are solely responsible for implementing treatment strategies for your patients or clients. Implementation or experimentation with any supplements, herbs, dietary changes, medications, and/or lifestyle changes, etc., discussed in your consultation with The Doctors, including any support documents, e.g. handouts, articles, emails that may be provided is done so at your complete sole responsibility. As an individual licensed health professional and/or health care professional, you accept full responsibility for using/implementing any health education information discussed with The Doctors.

In agreeing to these terms and conditions,  you are identifying yourself as the responsible health professional and acknowledging your understanding and acceptance of its conditions. You hold harmless Kurt N. Woeller, D.O., Tracy Tranchitella, N.D., Health Training Associates, Functional Medicine Clinical Rounds and its associates, principals, partners and employees, for any and all unfavorable experiences or treatment outcomes that occur in your professional practice or personal pursuits.
